PERSONALISED, PRACTICAL, CLEAR
Care for the person, not a checklist of symptoms.
Everyday concerns can overlap and may have medical, lifestyle or situational causes. The first consultation helps clarify what matters now and whether TCM is appropriate.
General wellness care is complementary. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, screening, prescribed treatment or urgent care.
We discuss what has changed, how long it has been present, your health history, routine, medication and any medical assessment.
1. Initial Conversation

The assessment considers your concerns in context. Warning signs or an unclear cause may need medical review first.
2. Individual Assessment

Where appropriate, the plan may include acupuncture, Chinese medicine and practical lifestyle guidance.
3. Personalised Care Plan

Bring details of medication, supplements and medical advice. TCM should complement necessary diagnosis and treatment.
4. Coordinated Care

Your experience and priorities are reviewed over time rather than following a fixed package for every person.
5. Review and Adjust

YOUR CARE, EXPLAINED
A clearer starting point for everyday concerns.
What the first consultation covers
We discuss the pattern and duration of your concerns, health history, medication, supplements, sleep, stress, digestion, energy and daily routine.
What care may include
Following assessment, options may include acupuncture, Chinese medicine and practical guidance for sleep, meals, movement or stress management.
Care alongside medical treatment
Seek prompt medical care for chest pain, breathing difficulty, fainting, new neurological symptoms, severe or persistent pain, unexplained weight loss, bleeding, high fever or rapid worsening.
Common questions
Do I need a diagnosis before booking?
Not always, but unexplained, persistent or significant symptoms may require medical assessment. Bring any reports or advice you already have.
Will every consultation include acupuncture?
No. Recommendations depend on your assessment, preferences and suitability.
Can I continue my medication?
Do not stop prescribed medication unless your medical clinician advises it. Please share your current medication and supplements.
